Imagine wind turbines spinning vigorously, generating power, but being deliberately throttled back because the grid simply can't handle the excess. The Transmission Line Dilemma
The proposed Cimarron Link project, a high-voltage transmission line, aims to bridge the gap between the Panhandle and population centers.
